Jim Forenza has over 12 years commercial real estate experience. He has managed a variety of assets including: retail strip malls, mixed use buildings, Class A Office, Industrial, receivership and REO properties. Clients favor Jim’s extensive experience in construction management of landlord and tenant improvement projects and well as building capital improvement projects. His past experience is in management, construction, finance, and client relations. He is a graduate of The University of Puget Sound, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Jim holds a Washington Real Estate Broker’s License.
