Aaron Bennett - Leasing and Sales Broker

Aaron Bennett is a Seattle, WA based commercial real estate professional with 18 years of national and international leasing and sales transactional experience. 

Aaron brings a broad perspective to today’s challenging retail environment due to his experience on all sides of the retail real estate transaction – as a broker, a retailer, and an owner. He spent 10 years working in-house in national retail expansion, first as a development manager at Chicago-based Potbelly Sandwich Works, where he opened over 50 stores across the Midwest and Northeast.  

Following this Aaron gained international store development experience with Starbucks Latin America. Based in Miami, he oversaw a 700-store portfolio across 12 countries and lead expansion plans from Sao Paulo to Mexico City.  

Aaron has spent the past 6 years with JSH Properties as a Landlord representative supporting primarily institutional ownership groups with their unique retail assets, including:

In his spare time, Aaron can be found on the ski slopes or the rivers of the Pacific Northwest.
