Alex Vlaski - Broker

Alex has over ten years of experience in the commercial real estate industry as a landlord rep for many institutional ownership groups and representing many local and national tenants. He specializes in finding clients profitable investment properties in a highly competitive market.

Alex joined JSH Properties, Inc. in August of 2017. Prior to JSH, Alex worked for the Evans Company and Wakefield Properties where he was the main leasing agent for the complete real estate portfolio, including numerous shopping centers, industrial and office space. He was also involved in several multifamily development deals and been the project manager during the whole process from site selection and land acquisition, construction management through lease up and stabilization. Alex is a graduate of the University of Washington Business School. He is also a three time All American, National Champion in tennis and holds the record for the most career wins in Husky history.
