Diane has been involved in commercial real estate since 1986 and has been with JSH Properties for over 26 years. Previously, she worked for Birtcher Properties and Wright Runstad & Co., and has managed a variety of portfolios, which have included medical office, multi-family, garden office, high-rise and retail properties. Diane’s primary focus is managing retail properties--neighborhood shopping centers and the Centralia Outlets. Her strengths are budget management, tenant/client relations, leasing, construction management & facilities/maintenance. She holds a Washington State real estate license.
